I’m a freelance data scientist who’s passionate about taking ideas or problems and constructing solutions to address them. After completing my PhD at the University of Chicago, I was a postdoctoral fellow at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Chicago, pursuing various research interests. I transitioned to data science to allow me to make more immediate real-world impacts in a meaningful way. My background allows me to combine rigorous statistical reasoning with practical implementation. I’ve led projects ranging from causal analyses and experimental design to building automated pipelines that process millions of records daily. I focus on work where accuracy, transparency, and decision-readiness matter—partnering with teams who need analyses and systems they can trust, not just models that look good on paper.
